At MindTwistBooks, we take pride in the quality and creativity of our books and content. Due to the nature of digital products and personalized book orders, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products

For eBooks, audiobooks, or other downloadable content:

• Once purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds for digital products.

• If you experience a technical issue (such as being unable to access a purchased product), please contact us at contact.mindtwistbooks@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Physical Books (If Sold)

For physical merchandise (such as signed books or limited edition items):

• Refunds or exchanges are only offered in the case of damage during shipping or wrong items received.

• To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

• Items must be returned unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund.
